Do you use two twin sets? Or when tabor do you use a larger size sheet and blanket? And if so, what size? I'll be bringing or ordering from America most likely for my rental.

I don't know what it would be in American sizes.
In order to know what size you need in Israel you need to know the size of the beds you are putting together. It's 70 80 or 90. Then that times 2 is the size sheet you need.

We use a king sized fitted sheet for two 90cm beds. That’s 200cm x 180cm.
Smaller beds may be queen size.

We use queen size, two twins equals one queen.
But that is US terminology. If you are ordering from Next it is different, because the UK uses different sizing terminology.
