HI! Im looking for an Apple streusel/strudel recipe that can be made in advance, meaning thursday/friday and it should still taste fresh and tasty on Shabbos morning. Husband making a siyum and want to make one of his favorites...

Streusel and strudel are two very different things. Streusel is a crumbly topping made of sugar, flour and fat, commonly associated with coffee cakes and sometimes pies. Strudel is a flaky pastry filled with any of various fillings and rolled up like a megillah.

So its apple Strudel im looking for... but something rich with flavor...
