My 5 yr old doesn't even know when he makes in his underwear. We took him to a gi and they put him on miralax for a few weeks claiming he's very constipated. It didn't help. I believe he has a weak pelvic as he doesn't even know if he made or not. (Number 2). What would my next step be in dealing with this?

It could also be sensory. How is his body awareness in general? Does he bump into things? Notice when his hands or face are dirty or wet? Use Stronger force that ne def unnecessarily at times?
