there's a bunch, do you prefer High end boutique style stores? Affordable, cheaper lines? or somewhere in the middle?
(Do you want to spend per outfit over $150/200, around $80-115, or between $40-75?)

Yikes definitely not those high number. 40-75 seems more doable for me.

Definitely sage
Tottini and kidichic, but those both have online options so you can shop from anywhere
Juvenile planet (and check out the kidichic outlet a couple doors down! I always find a couple random things to stock up for next year from last season at super low prices, like $3-5
