I know that takes all the fun out of Shavuos, but I'm hoping there's something good I can make for myself for a milchig kiddush. The typical things I make are cheese blintzes, cheesecake, kreplach, chocolate balls, florets, etc. I only need one good treat for myself (preferably mezonos) to feel good about YT.
(Sugar free means no white sugar but I can use healthier sweeteners such as maple syrup, honey.)
While you're at it, I'll take any recipes for desserts, cookies, breakfast bars, that are pareve, gf with no sugar. I can use these recipes even when it's not Shavuos.

Not if it's made with oat flour or oatmeal.

You are right about that
However, The majority of General cakes, cookies, cupcakes and blintzes would require the use of gluten free flour.
Oat flour is mostly used for bread, rolls and challah.
Oatmeal can be used for oatmeal cookies or oatmeal bars.

There’s a tasty banana nut recipe on the back of the packaging for Rorie’s all purpose grain free flour. It’s sweetened only with bananas.
I also made her variation of this using oats and coconut oil in place of the nut butter and almond flour.
ETA it’s more of a breakfast muffin than a kiddush treat

I am going to try these too even though they're shehakol.

The best oat cookies by Sheindy Unger
3 cups quick oats (gluten-free)
3/4 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium bananas, ripe (1 cup mashed)
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup medjool dates, softened (about 9 big ones)
soften dates in hot water. blend dates with a bit of water. Add coconut oil, ripe bananas. Blend. When creamy, combine with rest of ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cup on cookie sheet. bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes checking for doneness. These are addictive and mezonos! I have them as a regular staple in my freezer

In what kind of blender do you make this? Like a food processor or more like a smoothie blender?

S blade on a processor. I actually have a mini processor that attaches to my stick blender that I use for such small jobs.
Make sure the bananas are very ripe for ultimate sweetness. I don't let my kids have from these cookies, there won't be any left for me. Also, flatten them so they bake evenly

You could do a parve cheesecake sweetened with xylitol with an almond flour crust
Or look up paleo cashew cheesecakes

No of course my kids don't get these. They're too expensive and they can equally take store bought stuff. My stick blender came with such mini processor but I never ever used it. I wonder if I still have it. Thanks!

I'd rather not use xylitol nor soy-based cheese substitutes. But I looked up paleo cashew cheesecake and some of those look doable and really yum!
