Hi,
Husband is turning 35 end of Tamuz (during the 3 weeks)
I was thinking of inviting his company to a back yard surprise party.
any idea for entertainment? it'll be all men.
also, thinking of hiring someone to grill & take care of food. pls help me organize this. he really deserves this

It will be way past sefira in 4 weeks. Shavuos is next week.

I just rechecked. its not in 4 weeks. it comes out in the 3 weeks be4 the 9 days. End of Tamuz.

Can u post his contact info? what does he do?
thinking of spending about 5K. for 20 / 25 ppl. I have the location. so won't need to pay for that

I did something similar for my husbands 30th birthday 2 years ago. Invited his family and friends. Mostly men but there were some wives too.
No entertainment because we're not into that type of stuff.
Was on my patio and I did the party planning meaning I arranged table/chair/tablecloth delivery, ordered flowers and customized napkins and ambient lighting.
I hired this guy named yiddy - hes called @bbqevents on Instagram - not sure if he's still doing it - he was great. Brought a few waiters and took care of setting up and cleaning up. Everyone really enjoyed the food, it was fresh and well executed.
And I hired a bartender/mixologist station for mixed drinks.
It was for about 40 people and costed about 10k.
