Looking to buy makeup. Need someone who is really good at recommending the right products/colors. Also would be helpful if can get tips on applying. Where in Boro Park/Brooklyn would be my best choice. Anyone have experience?

I’d rather go the the store on 13-47, the Cosmetics Center. Their line is beautiful and more affordable.
If you want brand names then the others are good too.
