Im looking into seminaries for my DD for the year after next, and wanted to know if anyone had recommendations, or knows where my daughter would fit in best.
Here is some info about her:
She has a smartphone, has had electronics all her life, not filtered.
Is very online, has social medias, is in tune to what's going on in the world.
Watches non-Jewish shows, movies, listens to music.
Wears leggings, wears long sleeves, skirts that cover knee fully, covers collar bone.
Isn't interested in going to seminary to party, still wants to have fun though. Wants to grow spiritually and make lots of friends.
Doesent engage in any risky behaviors of any sort
Keeps shabbas and all halachos, keeps kosher
Is frum but not at all yeshivish or BY
Is OOT and feels out of place around in town more yeshivish people
is very Republican, cares a lot about politics
Not interested in Kollel lifestyle
plans to go to college and have a career
If anyone has any suggestions that would be great!

Meohr, Tomer Devorah, or Darchei Bina.
Penimim might be an option also

You should also look at Midreshet Tehilla.

My sister sounds a lot like your DD and she did well in Tomer Devorah. Within the last couple of years so my info is recent.

The order in which you present the info about your daughter is curious. Why is her phone her most important characteristic?
Just something to think about

Did she go to a Bais Yaakov type high school? If so, Darchei Bina sounds like a good fit.

Another vote for Midreshet Tehillah, and to note I went within the last 4 years.

Darchei Bina. Midreshet Tehilla is good depending on the year. My sister is there this year and the girls go to town and bars alot. And a few girls got kicked out for being caught doing things they shouldn't have been. But at the same time I know someone who went a few years ago and it was an amazing year.
