My husband has been on the market for a basic entry level office position for a little bit. He barely gets any responses. He has great work experience and is super capable and reliable. Everyone is always talking about how many offices are desperate to hire. The BP is full of open positions. Is everyone just looking for women? He'll be a great asset to any company he works for. It shouldn't be this hard.

His main experience is managing a warehouse but he does have minimal experience in an office. Ideally he's looking for $75k.

I'm a recruiter who works with jobs in Lakewood. Unfortunately, it's a tough market for entry-mid level men. Men often will take higher salaries than women and many offices have mostly women etc.

My dh is in a very similar situation. It's very hard. At least he should know there are a lot of others in similar boat.

My husband was also.
Candibots was the recruiter most effective at getting him relevant interviews within the salary ballpark he wanted.
