I can't open Instagram on my new phone. I forgot my password and am having a lot of trouble pls help me. When I clicked on forgot password it isn't sending me a new password

Go to the password settings on your old phone and check what the saved password is.

I used to always sign in through Facebook but my new phone says I can't open it with the embedded browser. And it isn't working through the app
