Hi, looking for a babysitter to watch a baby at the babysitter's home for this summer and next year. MUST take FSA (dependent care funds). My workplace will write out the check, they just need her SS# or TID. Prefer Westgate or very close. Please PM me if you have any leads. Thank you.

You are going to scare off babysitters by asking them to take FSA.
You ask them - "are you able to sign for babysitting on the books", it's much less scary. Then give them a paper that acknowledges they were paid and they provide their SSN and you get reimbursed from the FSA.
They assume it's for programs IME.
Been doing this for over 10 years, most / many babysitters will take on the books. I never tried paying directly from FSA.
