Tonight I was in a grocery in Lakewood where 3 young children, about 10 & under were racing up and down the aisles on scooters, the entire 45 minutes I was there. I don't think I was the only customer who felt endangered. This was an accident waiting to happen. The parents were nowhere to be seen, and the store employees did nothing to stop them. Whose achrayis is this?
