try whip cream instead. or just get the cheapest one

Shaving cream is not meant to play with. You can use it for that purpose, but it's created for shaving. My sensory dc loves playing with it.
Foam soap, on the other hand, is made for sensory play. More expensive than dollar store shaving cream, though.
