I don’t have Powerade but I’m so nauseous I’m afraid any liquid will make me through up.

I did Gatorade with ice but it came back up.
Salty pretzels and ice water worked better.

Pretzels, crackers, plain cookie/cake, dry cereal, bread. Eat a small amount to begin with even if you're still hungry. Then have some more when your stomach has settled a little

What usually works well for me is very well toasted sourdough bread with sea salt and tea with honey. Otherwise, yes, I might throw up. It's happened before....not pleasant. Hope all you ladies feel better soon.

I take a kids size bowl of cheerios and eat it slowly over an hour plus sip some vitamin water. No gulps just tiny sips. Good luck!

No fruit, no vegetables, no protein, no sugar. Toasted bread, sourdough is good if you have but can be any. Sprinkle salt on it. Or plain salted crackers. Take small bites. Take small sips of liquid. Don’t drink a lot at a time because that can make you throw up but you need to hydrate so time yourself and keep taking small sips every two or three minutes.
