Never mind the actual fast.
Right now I'm nauseous, dizzy and have a smashing headache. Can't do a thing although I have mountains upon mountains of laundry, need to shop cook and clean for shabbos, and I probably won't be able to sleep either cuz I had a coffee after the fast.
Just feels better to share

Feel better!
Hopefully everything will be more doable in the morning.
Try going to sleep, you may manage to sleep even with the coffee.

Feel the same way. I ate a little then was in bed for 2 hours till I dragged myself out to do some laundry. Hope tomorrow will be better

I had a migraine at the end of the day, didn't do anything the first hours after the fast
BH now got some things done, drank a lot and only ate a bit
Did you break your fast on too much carbs?

I read that it's a good idea to break your fast on soup so it'll force you to slow down your eating, but I wonder if coffee would count...
So sorry š No fun, and an extremely busy time for us!
