I tried to chat with a rep and they refused to refund it because it says that it shipped already (on the day it was ordered) even there are no updates, and the listing was already taken down!! I have to wait until August 16th for the delivery window to be over apparently in order to get one.
I am so frustrated! This taught when something looks too good to be true it probably is not worth the trouble..

yes thats how it works with all amazon items. you have to wait until its considered to be lost thats when you can request a refund

You'll get a refund after the delivery date.
