It would depend on the recipe but in general it doesn't taste like beer any more than most dishes which have wine as an ingredient taste like wine.

Not really. It gives a nice flavor, that’s why there are generally no other flavorings in the flour.

The recipe I have uses light beer. Doesnt taste like beer at all. Delish. Fam fave
