Lately, I take migraine meds during the fast as needed. No more fasting migraines for me. I’m never going to be in that much pain again. I learned my lesson

Different peoplehave different triggers. I know some people who are triggered by dairy, some by chocolate. I have no specific trigger. Other than stress or not drinking enough.
For me the only thing that really helps is to lie down in a pitch black room and let it pass. If I am not home, I take acamol focus (israel) and thankfully it helps a bit too.

Why did I only see one poster say that she took a suppository?

Migraine sufferers MUST go into fast with suppositories on hand!

(They are generally acetaminophen/caffeine).

2 posters I believe.
I was one of them.
It usually works like magic for me but yesterday it didn’t help. I had a terrible headache.
And that was with using the fastaid slow release ibuprofen….

Try [spam removed] . I heard good things about that place. They specialize in massage for migraines and my friend who has awful migraines was very successful there.
