If you were divorced, I'd call sister to sister for a referral, if you were widowed, I'd call Samcheinu.
Esther Gendelman doesn't specialize in this but she is a mature woman who has a lot of life experience and and a very well trained couples therapist. I think she is very competent to do this. If she isn't, she would tell you.
The question is whether she even has an opening for you.

I don’t think anyone specifically specializes in 2nd marriages, but I would think any couples therapist who deals with marriage challenges would be able to help you

I can vouch for Esther Gendelman, she is really great. It is very hard though to get an opening, you'll probably have to wait many months.
This is my husband's 2nd marriage.

My sibling did not do well with Esther Gendelman for couples counseling. She felt there was no progress. Not a 2nd marriage.
OP, I think you should try to find someone you connect with well who can help you.
