Not sure if I have long covid or effects from
Vaccine. & it prob doesn’t matter what it’s from.

I have neuropathy pain & aches from my knees down - both legs.
Every night. It wakes me up throughout night and even now I’m feeling it.
At first it was sometimes. Now it’s every night.
I’m so exhausted
I take magnesium & vit d daily.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Do I just live with it? Sad

Oy. Refuah sheleima. Maybe it’s just your body trying to unwind after a long day, or maybe you have varicros veins. My friend said she had the same thing and that’s what it was.

Regardless of the reason
Try plug in leg massagers for the restless legs
Try b12 supplements

Try to get rx for ivermectin or hydroxycloroquine.

Quercitin is natural supplement similar to HCQ.

Take zinc, iodine, Vit. C., NAC, melatonin

Cut out seed oils, replace with olive, Avocado and coconut oils.

Most processed foods contain seed oil

Avocado oil is tasteless.

Refined coconut oil is tasteless, but not sure if it is,as healthy as unrefined coconut oil.

I bake with extra light olive oil. Had no taste.
I even a very clean diet with no processed sugar for the past 4 months. No difference at all.
I wonder what type of doctor to even go to ?

Neurologist? Rheumatology? Infectious disease or some covid specialist?
