For upscale food I would highly recommend Zagefen (dairy) or Citron and Rose (meat). If you are looking for a cafe/pizza shop, Espresso is a great option  Anon because I don't want to give away my location!

American revolution museum- really nice!
Tour of independence hall- a bit overrated but still nice
US mint- too long gets boring but an hour or so is perfect
