Anyone have some good ideas for a nice easy entree? Or anything else that's nice to serve company? Ty!

When Yom Tov is on Shabbos and the food needs to stay in the oven for a long time, I like to do soemthing like corned beef or brisket, which can be in a pan with a lot of liquid and stay moist. We never have anything that fancy on a regular Shabbos so it would be special for company.
