I have in my dining room, living room and guest room. We pretreated the fabric with some professional company that helps prevent stains.
There’s also this fabric protector spray on Amazon, just forgot what it’s called

Get it treated with Teflon.
I have Teflon treated velvet and everything just slides right off!
