PLEASE HELP RE: FROZEN COOKED BRISKET

What do I do? It is large and fully cooked and I do not think it will defrost in time. Worried that it will dry out in oven...any recommendations?

You can put it in the oven on low

Whenever I’m concerned abt food drying out I put a pan of water under the food. Have the oven on 2-250 degrees f. As long as there’s water it won’t dry up.
