Wasn't tons, I was just there visiting....
Kinneret- fleishig food, not really fast food.
Take out in Kroger's
Some take out fleishig options in JCC, mostly a cafe though.
That's all the fleishig we came across.

Repasting my post from another thread.
Cincinnati restaurants
Kinneret Grill (meat, open lunch and dinner, Israeli/Mediterranean/American food)
Amma's Kitchen (dairy, CS, South Indian food, lunch buffet and regular dinner menu)
Orange Spot (fast casual, sit down eatery, separate dairy and meat kitchens with separate menus, open 8am to 3pm, weekdays only)
Marx Bagels (bagel, soup, salad, closes 530pm)
PS - if during 10 days, you will want to ask specifically what is pas yisroel and what's not. Don't assume everything is.

Plus J Cafe is open again
And Kroger on Hunt Road in Blue Ash has a kosher section with a deli counter that has limited takeout and sushi

Not right now. Unless JCafe has? Not sure.
There's a private pizza maker who has a pop up basically every Thursday but you need to pre-order and it's take out only for pizza and fries.

Orange Spot has pizza. It's pretty good. Only comes in one size, not huge, so keep in mind if ordering for a large family.
