Hi I'm nursing but I only can hve the green one. There is noway I can get for YK the nursign one. Does anyone know it is ok to take the green one? Did anyone did it before? thanks.

Have you taken it before? The one year I took the nursing one I was sick as a dog. Whatever was in the pill really messed me up. I have never had such a horrible fast before or since.

I’ve taken the 3 different kind, they really helped me!

I would not try it the first time while nursing. Needing to take care of a baby while sick and fasting was the worst experience.

But other people swear by it, so who knows. It could work great for you.

I’m taking the blue but I honestly think they’re all the same. It’s probably a marketing technique the different colors.

They are herbs so it’s very possible there are different ones in each pill. I would not mess with herbs while nursing.

The ingredients are different on the packages and also the amount of pills (4 in the blue, 6 in the green)

I've never taken the green to be able to help OP though.

The jewish pharmacists are really helpful even if you dont live here or never go there.
