Candle lighting question re erev YK

Since YK is almost like Shabbat, do we say bracha before lighting or do we light first and then make bracha? Thanks.

You light like shabbos. I light all candles then make the brachos.

Yom Kippur laws are like shabbos. You can't cook or carry (without an eruv), things you can do on other yomim tovim.
So light candles and then make a brocha, like on Shabbos

Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the year. More so then Shabbos . Once you make the Bracha you can’t touch fire , so yoh light and then make the Bracha just like on Shabbos .

In addition to the above, there is also a custom to light a yartzeit lecht (24 hour memorial candle). Light that first, then proceed with the shabbos candles, and then the bracha.
