Ali Specials - major delay

I ordered a set for my kids from ali specials 3 weeks before R”H.
I expected it to come by Y”K or latest Sukkos.
Before yom Tov the tracking said it had left country of origin.
Motzie Yom Tov it says “import costom clearence delay”.
I order from ali all the time. Never before ali specials and I never have such long delays. Anyone know what is causing the costom cleanrence delay and when I can expect to see it?
I’m in Long Island.

I made 2 orders from Alispecials 3 weeks before yom tov, and received them within 10 days. It's no different than ordering straight through ali.

Same, my kids velour pjs were supposed to be here mid September and nothing. I just feel bad because I always buy them nice new pjs for yt and wouldn’t have relied on this . Could’ve bought totini for same price …
