I thought I made enough to sail through Chol Hamoed on leftovers... Boy, was I wrong, and now guess who has to cook dinner?!
Desperate for easy fleishig or fish dinner ideas that don't take too much effort.

I made grilled chicken cutlets on a grilled pan with a fresh salad.
I totally get you.
One of my kids was complaining about how they deserve to go on great trips and I was like deserve?
Raise your hand if you said even once, thank you or the food was delicious to the person who's been cooking and baking and shopping for the past month!
No hands were raised.

Lemon juice

Cover with tin foil and bake until it salmon is ready. Usually not longer than 20 min.

Cut up some veg for sides also serves well with pickles and warmed up pita bread

Chicken and potatoes. After all the heavy meats on YT simple chicken is perfect. Toddler ate leftover soup and two kids ate turkey roll wrap sandwiches. Planning on trying pulled beef tomorrow from leftover brisket, not sure how it’ll come out I’ve never done it before. I’ll probably do a fresh bone marrow soup as I always need to have that on hand.

This is the most simple schnitzel recipe ever (think it might come originally from between carpools) and my very picky kids like it just as much as fried:
Cut up 1.5 lbs schnitzel into smallish pieces
Mix 1 cup bread crumbs, half cup oil and some spices together.
Mix together with schnitzel (don't bread each one, just mix all with the crumbs and it will coat automatically).
Lay out flat on pan and back covered for around 30 min and then uncovered for ten min

Regular chicken soup recipe just substitute the chicken bones for marrow bones.
Usually the following day I use the leftover soup to cook Angel hair pasta, and it’s a hit with all of the kids.
