Can you put a pop up sukkah on their balconies? Are they open to the sky or another balcony on top?

There's another balcony on top.
Ground floor rooms have a walk out patio where you can set up a sukka. But I don't think that you can be guaranteed a room on the ground floor.
The top floor rooms don't have a balcony on top of a balcony.

If you didn't book yet, Camelback is 5 minutes away from Great Wolf and will have a Sukkah there.

Also, they have special pricing for Sukkos if you use group promo code 12469.

If you already booked, I'm sure you could still come to use their Sukkah.

I have a pop up sukkah so I don't really need someone else's sukkah, just need to be able to put it somewhere. But I will look into camelback, any idea which one is better for younger kids around 6/7?

Thank you. That's what I thought. I will try calling then to see if there's a way to reserve a ground floor with patio

Has anyone had success requesting a ground floor walkout?

You can call them to book, instead of booking online, and request a ground floor or top floor room. They don't promise but do their best to honor requests.

Is it too babyish for my teen?
So hard to find something that is good for the whole family- for the big and little kids!

It's more geared towards younger kids. I wouldn't take teens, especially boys, for tzenuis purposes.
They have a daily program that's geared for younger kids.
