Overnight stew

Hi all, will stew meat come out good if it’s slow-baked overnight with veggies at 225 degrees? Like for 9-10 hours?

Yes 200 for 10 hours is perfect.

Another question - should I add liquid or will the steam be enough? The stew is fatty and I added onion, carrots, potatoes, turnip and beets, plus a little homemade sauce.
