Techies:
I forgot my PC's Admin Password (Windows 10) so I cant download any free antivirus.
Whats the easiest solution to retrieving or replacing my Admin password?

I once had a similar issue and spoke to 2 IT guys. They didn't have a solution for me.

Ive tried all the youtube solutions and somewhere it asks for the Admin password.

Update: I called Costco Concierge support and they told me to do a "soft reset": Hold down power button for 60 seconds, a long 60 seconds, and after a few steps that I dont recall exactly, it will prompt me to choose new admin password.

It didn't wipe the hard drive?
Then why wouldn't any thief do this?

Maybe its bec I knew the answers to my 3 security questions. But until speaking to the Costco person, I couldnt get far enough to put in my security answers.
