Does it make sense that my baby is allergic to my prenatal vitamins?
I often forget to take my vitamins. But I’ve realized that when I do take them, my baby is very kvetchy that night and barely sleeps. The days I don’t take them she sleeps a lot better.
It’s the only thing I could think of that’s different. Could it be? Is there something I can take instead?

I would suspect that one or more of the nutrients are making her irritable, not so much an actual allergy.

So how would I know? Do I have to get her tested for allergies?

She doesn’t need allergy testing.. just try a different vitamin.. could be something like iron in your vitamin giving her a stomach ache..
