When I google Berkshire bank 11219
I get this:

When you click "website", besides the 13th Ave, Boro Park address, its takes you to a TOTALLY different bank "Berkshire Bank" https://www.berkshirebank.com/
The 13th Ave branch website is https://www.berkbank.com/
Its a totally different bank than the one that has a branch on 13th Ave. This causes issues for people trying to log in to their accounts and thinking theyre locked out of their account, becaise their user name and password dont work. This bank's website then asks you for you social and then tells you they have no such account. This is a serious mistake.

Im contacting them on their website, the branches are closed.

There are two different banks with very similar names a couple streets over from each other. Who is asleep at the wheel?

The bank that the google search result page takes you to, Berkshire Bank, doesnt have a single New York location. The closest is Connecticut. https://www.berkshirebank.com/.....ons-1

That sounds like a google problem, and a user problem, not the fault of the bank. Google results aren't always accurate. I believe companies can correct the info, but they are not the ones that put it there in the first place.
Also, as a general rule, double check that you are at the proper website before entering personal information such as your social.
