Hi I'm coming g to London to golders green for a simcha I'm looking for someone to do my girls hair and make up for myself for the wedding really Don't want to spend a lot since the tickets are a lot of money so I'm even willing to have someone new or not so experienced doesnt have to be top of the line any suggestions ?

You don't say where you're coming from, but if its brooklyn or anywhere else in USA for that matter you'll think its cheap whoever you go to 
If you have Instagram you can look up these people and see if you like their style

Most makeup artists are between £60 - £80 a face. Tzippy Present is newish and charges £40.
Rebecca Hey is extremely professional, does alot of brides so is more expensive.
Hair and wig styling is around £35 ish... I really recommend mally lieberman and Penina Gershon.
