Is there a way to make the shelf stable gnocchi without boiling it? I find it gets very gummy and leaves lots of gunky residue in my k when I boil it.
Thank you,
Jennie

You can roast it. It's delicious.
I've made sheet pan gnocchi recipes with veggies and sausages.

I sauté them in a bit of olive oil, so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Yum!

Layer chicken bottoms on top with spices and crumbs - cover and bake 375 for an hour and a half and uncover and broil.

I boil it but it really needs like 2-3 minutes. I boil the water, drop them in and take them out quickly. It comes out good.

I boil for 3 minutes or so and then roast with vegetables and salami, as a sheet pan dinner
