Broiling is high heat, fast cooking. If you want it soft, you need to roast it. Cook longer at a lower temp.

Season with paprika, garlic and salt. Needs about 10-13 minutes per side (20-25 min total). Yummy.

That definitely would need more than 10 minutes on each side. At least 20 if not more, depending on the size. And as another poster said, broiled chicken comes out more crispy, not soft.

I season with onion powder and garlic powder. Sometimes add paprika. 20-25 min per side.
I find less it's under cooked and rubbery and longer gets dried out. You want it until that side gets brownish and crispy on top (but not too much).
