Spray with st Moritz and let sit for a while. The scrub with steel wool and hot water.

Try covering the bottom of the pot with water, add baking soda and bring to a boil (sometimes even just letting it air will work). Then wash with steel wool, the burnt part should all come right off.

Water vinegar and baking soda in the pot it boil for 20-30 minutes. Don’t fill too much as it will rise some due to reaction between b soda and vinegar but really works

I would use a thin spatula or pancake turner to scrape as much off as possible, rinse, and let the whole mess dry overnight. Usually after it dries, most of the carbon flakes right off, and the rest yields to a metal-coil scrubber like ChoreBoy.
