I want to start team building activities/ trips in my office. What are some ideas that won't be awkward for a completely frum employee body men and women?

The only kosher option is to do separate men and women team building activities. JMHO

The frum places in my area split it and do separate men and women nights and then you can do anything

How about one of those Master Chef-like places where you split into 2 teams and have a cook-off? You can make it men against women. (Not sure where you are located; here in Israel we have kosher cooking studios).

How about a walking tour of a local city?

A picnic?

Axe throwing?
