Hi: I am booking a trip to Florida and am considering using Florida kosher villas. Are they a reliable company? Meaning, they won't cancel my reservation at the last minute because their friend wants it or something? I know that can happen with airbnb/vrbo-- but the owners have some incentive not to do that-- you will leave them a bad review!

But how do they know the tenant will keep kosher properly? Or do they Kasher everything between rentals?

They don't. I don't understand how anyone relies on the kashrus when they don't know who used the kitchen. That said, I would rent from them for other reasons, like having a completely private pool and being in the middle of the frum neighborhood. But I would self clean the oven and use my own utensils.
