My DH wants to go, because he wants to start joining the shuir, though he never attended a shiur yet.
Doesn't make sense to go, right?

He could totally join the shiur without attending the shabbaton! (him and tens of thousands of people around the world after all, "MDY's a family 🎶")
I think he could attend the Motzai Shabbos program without joining for the entire Shabbos

It'll definitely be a motivation for him to start and stay committed. It's more than just the siyum. It's full of achdus and speeches too
