Septic field replacement jobs cost upwards of $20,000, and Im hearing that with some houses the septic systems need to be redone 10 years after spending $20,000+ (Ive heard of more than one case of having to replace only 10 years later).
Im also hearing that Septic Contractors dont offer warranties because the Septic systems are made for use in houses with 1.5 people per bedroom. If the house has many guests, and uses a lot of water, it can have to be replaced way sooner.
A very reliable septic inspector says that he offers zero warranty because he has no idea how many people will live in the house.
Do any Septic field contractors who work in Jackson, offer warranties?
