I want to stick them onto cheap bags to upgrade the look.
How? Where? Cheapest? I can do them myself but even Avery 3" round labels are a fortune for 100 pieces. What's the secret?

Square labels are cheaper and more up to date.

You can use the avery free template designer to make cute labels with a name and #3 or scissors.
