I have had an instant pot for years. I always said very theoretically that when I get a house with a big kitchen I'll get another and have a fleishig and milchig as well as my current pareve. DH bought me a pro crisp + air fryer version for my 30th bday and an offer to have a shelf put in.
Now what do I do with this new one? Make my old one fleish and this one pareve? I had an addition for it already to air fry but was a hassle to use both because of how it is made and bec pareve, so mostly just use my reg fleishig air fryer, which honestly is mostly only good for fries.
If you have fleishig instant pot, what do you use it for that's fleishig? I can't use tomato sauce or paste or other fruit derivatives besides duck sauce.
Editing to add, old one is 6 quart, new is 8.

I use mine for meat all the time - soups, Chulent, meats , chicken in sauce , veggies …. I barely use my stove anymore!
I bought a second one for dairy but ended up using it for pesach and so happy I did . Really helped me get so much more cooking done in a short time

And here I’m thinking what do you use it for for pareve?
I use mine for chicken soup, fricassee, meatballs, roast, chicken, turkey. We do eat a lot of fleishichs in my house

To cook potatoes for fried potatoes to save time
To cook perfect potatoes for potato salad for multiple Shabbos meals
To make hard boiled eggs that peel amazing every time without cold water
To make big pareve soups for my freezer
To make french onion soup without so much stirring
Big batch pareve fried onions to freeze
Corn on the cob
Rice
I use it at least once a week more in summer when we have supper on shabbos.
