As someone who was larger starting at a very young age I know how important this is. I’ll never forget when my 7th grade teacher walked in wearing a sweater (from Elzees if anyone remembers that place) that I had for shabbos. I felt soooo bad. I don’t remember if I said anything but I do know I started shopping in more higher end stores and wearing nicer clothes and I felt so proud of what I had instead of ashamed.

I have a really nice karl lagerfeld coat I got for around $100 off saksoffifth

I had originally bought an Aritzia Superpuff for around $300 but right after I ordered it I saw my coat which looked pretty similar and was much cheaper.

Most of these coats are only up to xl and run small. The Michael kors is great

I just bought some things for me and my kids on Aliexpress. Everything came too big, I had to take everything in! As someone who buys a lot on Ali, You can buy plus sizes, but check the measurements!
