Wherever you go-
I remember being very self conscious as a teen that people will be able to tell that I had my eyebrows done, and my mother looked for a place that would make it look very natural. Mostly just cleaning up, no drastic thinning or arches
I don't know if that's important to your daughter. Maybe ask her and keep that in mind.
I can't recommend places because I don't live in Lakewood

Yes, this is an issue. She doesn’t want anyone to be able to tell that she had them done. I know there are lots of local places but she just wants to look neat and clean and go to a place where she’ll feel comfortable.

We go to benefit but live in ny. They specialize in brows - brow shaping, dying, maintenance. My girls always feel very comfortable there and we ask them to shape it in a way where we don’t have to go every 4 weeks exactly. They also have diff methods like wax threading ..

Do it on a Friday. Many people are sensitive and stay red in the area that was waxed for a day or two. So keep in mind time wise how soon people will see her.
