Teacher gift ideas from the director

Hi all. I'm going to be super specific here to get the best suggestions.

I am the hebrew school director of a small chabad program. I am not chabad. I've never gifted the teachers in the past but this year has been stressful for one of them, plus we have 2 volunteers this year for the first time (young teens)... and it all has to come out of my pocket because the rabbi won't pay for it. It's an unusual chabad setup because he's divorced, so there is no rebbitzen in the picture (which is why gifts are not from the program's budget).

Anyway, I ordered each of them a personalized cup with lid ($5/each).

I have no extra money but want to fill the cups with something.

We have no CY coffee shop near me (I'm not in NY/NJ).

I don't want to be cliché and fill it with chocolate gelt.

I'll be writing each person a note.

Is it nice enough if I bake cookies and put them in a nice bag with a ribbon and put those inside? I am known for my cookies Smile

Any other suggestions?

I would appreciate something like that. Homemade cookies, yum.
The other sort of gift is a non food item-like highlighters with 'you have been the highlight of the year', and link them together. Or just any cute stationary with a nice note.
I think it's a really nice gesture that I think they will appreciate regardless of the exact item inside.
