Not the Lakewood lake. Where can I park for free right in front of the water and chill in the car. Up to 25 min drive please. Thank you need asap

I like driving around the Belmar Arena sometimes, it's pretty. You can also drive down to Spring Lake, but you would have to get out of your car to walk on the boardwalk. The parking's free, though.
