I believe that was a joke. Kant was a philosopher. What makes SMARTfill smarter than regular microfiber? It went to college and read philosophy.
Smartfil is just a brand name. It's made from recycled beverage bottles, so if that's important to you, that means something. Otherwise you could go with any synthetic stuffing.

microfibre is synthetic but it is much better than hollowfibre.
I tried googling but cannot come up with info what smartfil is. I know its synthetic but there are superior ones.
