Did anyone have this?
Did it flatten out or stays out?

Very normal.

My DC had this. It grew to a really scary size ( small plum). The doctor wasn't concerned. Most of the time, they don't do anything about until five. Sure enough, it shrunk and is fine now.

My daughter had this and she had a small surgery to fix it when she was five or six. The doctor said it is important to fix as it can become a problem during pregnancy.

Normal at the newborn stage. It goes in eventually (but enjoy it while it lasts as it's super cute IMO).
