Did anyone have this?
Did it flatten out or stays out?

My DC had this. It grew to a really scary size ( small plum). The doctor wasn't concerned. Most of the time, they don't do anything about until five. Sure enough, it shrunk and is fine now.

Baby had small outie
When baby was 2-3 months old the pediatrician stretched it and cleaned with a q-tip
Afterwards the belly button went a little in. and over time it went more and more in

My daughter had this and she had a small surgery to fix it when she was five or six. The doctor said it is important to fix as it can become a problem during pregnancy.

Normal at the newborn stage. It goes in eventually (but enjoy it while it lasts as it's super cute IMO).
